Shipping Policy – EcoSign Mart

At EcoSign Mart, we are committed to delivering our products efficiently and securely to customers in the United States and Canada. We aim to ensure timely deliveries, with more than 98% of our orders reaching customers within 6–9 business days from the date of order placement.

 


 

Delivery Timelines

Express Shipping:
Orders are typically manufactured and shipped within 1–2 business days (for priority orders) or 3–5 business days (for standard express orders). After dispatch, the transit period usually takes around 3–5 business days, depending on the size of your item.

Standard Shipping:
Manufacturing and dispatch occur within 3–6 business days (for standard orders) or 6–8 business days (for extended processing). The transit time thereafter ranges between 6–8 business days, depending on the product size.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on production complexity, item size, and destination location.

 


 

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on order size, destination, and selected shipping method. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Orders below a minimum value threshold

  • Oversized items

  • Special delivery requests

 


 

Order Customization

Our custom design tool allows you to personalize your product. All applicable costs, including additional shipping (if any), are shown during customization.

 


 

Shipping Delays

Once your package has been picked up and marked as in transit, EcoSign Mart cannot be held liable for carrier-related delays. In such cases, a dedicated customer support representative will assist you until resolution.

If the dispatch timelines have been met from our side, but delivery is delayed due to third-party courier issues, our liability is limited to the refund of shipping charges only.

 


 

Special Cases & Exceptions

Please keep in mind:

  • Products over 45 inches may face additional shipping time.

  • Orders with more than 30 characters in custom text may require an extra 2–3 production days.

  • Bulk orders (more than 2 pieces) require extended production and shipping timelines.

  • Holiday seasons, extreme weather, or logistical challenges may cause delays.

  • For lost or stolen packages, additional time may be required for investigation and resolution.

 


 

Changing Shipping Address

Changes to the shipping address are allowed before the product is shipped. Please review your shipping details carefully. Any changes requested after shipping may incur additional fees, and once the order is in transit, EcoSign Mart will have limited ability to modify delivery details.

Important: If a change is requested post-shipment or a customer intentionally delays delivery, EcoSign Mart is not liable for any resulting issues or delays.

 


 

Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Take a full unboxing video at the time of delivery.

  • Report any damage within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

  • Email support@ecosignmart.com with:

    • Clear photos of the damage

    • Unboxing video

    • Photos of outer box damage from multiple angles

    • Photo of the shipping label on the package

Failure to provide all required evidence within the timeframe will void your claim eligibility.

 


 

Missing or Incomplete Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please share:

  • A clear unboxing video

  • Photos of the delivered box from all angles

  • Images of the items received

These documents help us validate your claim and take appropriate action swiftly.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We require a signature upon delivery for all shipments. If you choose to waive this requirement, EcoSign Mart will not be responsible for parcels marked as "delivered" by the courier but claimed as lost or stolen.

For items lost during transit, a free replacement will be provided. However, customer-requested changes in delivery date or address post-dispatch may involve extra charges.

 


 

Reshipping Charges

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts (typically 2–3), we reserve the right to charge reshipping fees to resend the item. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking and ensure availability for delivery.

To avoid missed deliveries:

  • Follow the tracking link sent via email

  • Provide clear delivery instructions at checkout

  • Coordinate with the shipping partner if needed
