2. Are EcoSigns Mart products suitable for outdoor use?
Only our designated outdoor signs are suitable for external use. These are specifically designed to be weather-resistant and durable, and they come equipped with a waterproof power adapter for safe outdoor operation.
3. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 8–10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that larger signs (over 45 inches) may require additional transit time, and bulk orders (more than 2 pieces) may involve extended production timelines.

5. What happens if my sign arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos. We will provide a free replacement.

No, Most EcoSigns Mart products are lightweight and come with easy-to-use installation kits. However, for large signs, we recommend professional assistance. Please note that we do not offer installation services.

12. How should I clean and maintain my neon sign safely?
To keep your neon sign looking its best, gently remove dust at least once a week and perform a more thorough cleaning as needed. Always unplug the sign before cleaning. Use a soft brush to remove dust, followed by a slightly damp cloth for wiping—ensuring no water enters the tubing. Finish by drying the surface with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid moving installed neon tubes or stacking signs during handling, as this may lead to scratches, electrical issues, or misalignment of the design.
