11. How should I clean and maintain my neon sign safely?
Always unplug your neon sign before cleaning. Gently remove dust with a soft brush and wipe with a slightly damp cloth—avoid letting water enter the lamp tube. Afterward, use a dry cloth to remove excess moisture. Never move installed neon tubes or stack signs during handling, as this may cause scratches, power issues, or affect the wording.
12. How often should I clean my neon sign?
Remove dust at least once a week, and perform a thorough brushing of the neon tubing as needed to keep your sign looking its best.
