Coverage includes: Power Adapters, Dimmers, Controllers, and other accessories
Note: Outdoor, RGB, or RGB Gradient neon signs come with a white jacket. When the sign is turned off, the tubing appears white.
Important Warranty Conditions

Warranty is valid from the date of purchase or invoice payment.

Warranty coverage applies only if proper usage, installation, and protection guidelines are followed.

Indoor neon signs and their power supplies must be placed under proper protection (shed/cover) away from direct exposure to water or moisture. Improper installation or exposure may void the warranty.

EcoSigns Mart is not responsible for any costs related to installation, uninstallation, or re-installation of the product.

If a product has been modified or altered by an electrician, EcoSigns Mart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if the warranty applies.

Refunds will not be issued based on misunderstandings arising from color, depth, or tone variations.
Warranty for Hard Wired
EcoSigns Mart does not recommend Hard Wired installations. Customers who choose to proceed with Hard Wired setup do so at their own responsibility. In certain cases, warranty consideration may be provided, but it will remain entirely at the discretion of EcoSigns Mart and is not guaranteed.
Replacement
EcoSigns Mart assures its customers that all products are free from manufacturing defects. In the rare event of a faulty product:

We will provide a replacement for the entire product or faulty accessories after inspection.

Replacements are available only for faulty products.

Refunds, if applicable, will be decided on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of EcoSigns Mart.

Faulty Products

Customers must provide a short video and photos of the faulty sign for quality inspection.

Without both video and photos, our ability to process the claim will be limited.

In some cases, EcoSigns Mart may provide remote troubleshooting steps. If the issue cannot be resolved, a replacement will be arranged at no cost.

If resolution is not possible, a refund may be issued.

As an online store, EcoSigns Mart does not provide physical visit support.

We are not responsible for any costs incurred while performing the troubleshooting steps provided for resolving the issue remotely.
Note:
Do not dispose of the working component. Only the faulty part will be replaced, not the entire product.
Product Variations
Since EcoSigns Mart products are handcrafted, minor variations in shape, size, font, or color may occur. These are not considered defects.

Sign size may vary by 1–3 inches due to the acrylic base.

Glue marks from LED fixing are normal.

Slight color differences may appear due to screen calibration, UV exposure, or printing variations.

Power supplies may produce slight sound or heating during operation, which is normal.
UV Printed & Illuminated Signs – Important Information
At EcoSigns Mart, we take every measure to ensure that our UV Print Neon Signs and Illuminated Signs reflect your design accurately. All products are printed in CMYK with carefully calibrated printers for consistent color reproduction. While we make every effort to achieve accuracy, minor variations in shades, tones, or depth can occur and are not regarded as defects.
Please keep in mind that what you see on your screen may not always exactly match the final printed result. If exact color accuracy is critical, we recommend providing clear instructions in advance.
Important Notice:

Refunds will not be provided for differences in color, tone, or depth that may arise during production.

EcoSigns Mart is not responsible for perceived or actual differences between the on-screen preview and the finished product. Each case will be considered individually if concerns arise.

For illuminated signs, we carefully align the colors with your approved design while the sign is powered on. However, when the sign is switched off, some variation in appearance may naturally occur.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that such differences or discolorations are an inherent part of the process and do not constitute product faults.
EcoSigns Mart reserves the exclusive right to determine whether any issue, damage, or breakage results from a manufacturing defect. To support this assessment, buyers agree to provide full details, including:

How the product was used

The conditions under which it was kept

Any other relevant information that may assist in determining the cause of the problem
Physical Damage Policy
EcoSigns Mart is not responsible for any damage that happens to the product after it has been delivered. This includes mishandling, wrong installation, or accidental breakage. Such damage is not covered under warranty.
However, if physical damage occurs while the product is being used by the customer (e.g., accidental breakage), the customer must provide full details along with a clear video explaining how the damage occurred. Based on the submitted evidence, EcoSigns Mart may, at its sole discretion, offer support or solutions (if possible) on a case-to-case basis.
Damaged During Transit

Customers are advised to take an unboxing video and photos upon delivery.
- If the package or product appears damaged, report it within 7 days of delivery with:
Clear photos of the damaged product
Unboxing video
Photos of the box (all sides) and shipping label
Failure to provide this evidence within the specified time may void the warranty claim.
If confirmed as damaged in transit, EcoSigns Mart will provide a free replacement.
Note: Any requests for design changes or new delivery addresses may incur additional charges.
